At the heart of Padstow and overlooking the medieval harbour is the historical Old Custom House Hotel.  Standing on the quayside, the hotel is one of the most attractive buildings in the town.

The hotel has 24 bedrooms.  As it is an old building, each room has a unique view and dimensions.  All rooms are fitted with an ensuite bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities and other mod cons such as satellite TV.

The Old Custom House has long provided a focal point for Padstow fishermen, local people and visitors to enjoy a drink and a bar meal.  Today in the large bar area and the sunny conservatory stylish pub grub is served.

Rick Stein’s famous Seafood Restaurant is 100 yards along the lane, and there are a whole variety of restaurants, pubs and other eateries within the old town.  Buzzing Rock is just across the estuary by passenger ferry, and the Camel Trail cycle path and walkway leaves the town for Woodbridge and beyond from the main car park.

Due to the age and layout of the town near the harbour, there is no private hotel car park.  However, there is pay-and-display parking just opposite the main Reception entrance at a cost of around £7 for 24 hours.
